You Never Get Tired Of Getting These Kind Of Phone Calls.

"(Laughing) Just coming from the gym. Why, do you want to buy me lunch?"

"I can't do lunch, but I'm off today, and Bella and I were wondering if you and Nana would like to join us for dinner."

I've learned that if we are going to be active influences in our grandkids we need to be very flexible. I have also learned that the time spent with them is worth adjusting my routine.

We had a wonderful dinner and enjoyed a fun walk in the park afterward, savoring my last best bite with my grandkids.
