One Thing We Can Do To Live Longer, Stronger, and More Enjoyable Lives Into Our 70's & 80's

Be constantly willing to challenge yourself mentally, physically, and just as important, socially. Never settle for the limitations others place on you. Because others don't have a clue of how much you can do when you put your mind to it (Philippians 4:13) . If I had settled for the goal my doctor had set for me after my second heart attack I would be lifting less than 5 lbs and walking no more than a half mile a day. Boring is not the way we are to live out our last best bite.
