Last Best Bite
When our daughter, Jessica, was around three, she would rearrange her Lucky Charms cereal so that her final bite was all marshmallows. With Captain Crunch, she saved her last spoonful for those delightful Crunch Berries. When it came to pizza, she always saved one big bite of cheese and toppings. Along the way, she dubbed it the "last best bite." Thus the name of my site.
Last Best Bite celebrates our journey as "Superlifers" (ages 60 and up), encouraging us to embrace this vibrant season of life. Living the Last Best Bite means waking up each day eager to learn something new, seeking out divine connections with others, or rekindling old friendships. It’s about pursuing activities you’ve always wanted to try but never had the time for, or were too worried about others' opinions.
